Very easy.its only been little over a week so far is have not noticed any yet.so I can not give a 100 percent yet.

So far really happy and impressed. It took about 12/13 days before I started to notice my knees, shoulders and elbows not hurting as much. Especially after working out my shoulders and elbows would be very sore. Doctors said I had tennis / golf elbow. It’s been about 20 days now and have been feelingvery good and without pain in many of those trouble spots.
